Dry Yeast Substitution

I decided to create a list of liquid yeast substitutions.  One drawback of using of the of the dry yeast is that as a result of the drying process, some dried yeasts may not be suitable for harvesting and/or repitching. So dry yeast can be a good option to save you by having some extra around, but there could be limits on the amount of potential cost savings.

Sorry for the formatting on the blog.
