CO2 Tank Refill

Since we have all gotten into kegerators, an early question becomes should I refill or exchange.  This depends on a number of factors such as: appearance, cost, and convenience.  You may want to refill if your tank is going to be out for viewing.  For cost, consider the following: acquisition cost, refill vs exchange cost, and hydro testing cost every 5 years.

When trying to find a location to get CO2, the following are places that have been known to provide refill or exchanges of CO2:

 - Paintball Supply
 - Stores that stock kegs
 - Home Depot
 - Bass Pro Shop
