German Beer Night 2014

German Beer Night Kickoff

This was a lot of fun.  This event typically sells out every year and was cancelled last year due to the Navy Yard shooting, a year ago yesterday.
We attended with the Dulles Airport Rotary where the base's commanding officer, Brigadier General Hasso Koertge, is a member.   He is the Commanding General of German Armed Forces Command for the United States and Canada.  Past invite

IMPORTANT: For admittance to the German Beer Night please bring the confirmation letter and a government issued ID! (for self and guest)
NO ADMITTANCE WITHOUT CONFIRMATION LETTER AND ID!

Attire
Everything from Dirndl and Lederhosen to Jeans and T-Shits. I am probably just going for Jeans and a polo.  Imagine that.

Food is included with your admission as is the beer.

Money if you want to buy souvenir: hat, mug, etc.
