#74 Canadian Ale
This one is not designed to any particular Canadian beer, but based on the AHS Canadian that I made last year.

#62 Surly Bender
Here's what happens when substance meets smooth. This oatmeal brown ale defies traditional categories. Bender begins crisp and lightly hoppy, complemented by the velvety sleekness oats deliver. Belgian and British malts usher in cascades of cocoa, coffee, caramel and hints of vanilla and cream. An easy-drinking ale with many layers of satisfaction.

#30 AHS Canadian Ale (6B) - Mini Mash
This is from Austin Homebrew . This is a traditional Canadian ale, crisp and lightly hopped, that is similar in style to Labatt’s Blue. The first year I got a lactobacillus infection that added a bit of sour to the taste. This didn't really slow anyone down as this was the first to disappear at the holiday party.

Aroma: Light to moderate sweet malty aroma. Low to moderate fruitiness is optional, but acceptable. May have a low to medium hop aroma,.
Appearance: Light yellow to deep gold in color. Clear to brilliant. Low to medium white head with fair to good retention.
Flavor: Initial soft malty sweetness, but optionally some light character malt flavor (e.g., bread, toast, biscuit, wheat) can also be present. Caramel flavors typically absent. Low to medium esters optional, but are commonly found in many examples. Light to moderate hop flavor (any variety), but shouldn’t be overly aggressive. Low to medium bitterness, but the balance is normally towards the malt. Finishes medium-dry to somewhat sweet. No diacetyl.

#05 Brewers Best - Irish Stout
Well not everything goes as planned. The brewing was fine, but the keg still had the taste of root beer. You win some, you lose some. I was really looking forward to this one and was hoping that the root beer taste would go away. This keg was tossed.

#04 Love2Brew - Smoked Porter
Love2Brew in North Brunswick, NJ. I stopped in here on a business trip and picked up a few nice recipe kits. The group was very informative for a new brewer.
The love2brew Smoked Porter is a perfect beer to warm the spirits on a cool evening. Our speciality grain blend adds a deep, dark profile that leads off with a balanced smoke flavor and follows up with hints of chocolate and coffee flavors that will grace your tongue as you cozy up at night and enjoy. This full bodied beer will begin with a malty aroma and a dominant but balanced smoke flavor that finishes with strong and semi-sweet malty taste.
This beer started a little with a little too strong of a smoke taste. After sitting for 9 months, I went back to try this one agains and the taste was much more to my liking.
